Catalog and order acceptance

We work to present accurate product details, though display color and packaging can vary. Placing an order is a purchase offer. Inventory, payment, address, security, pricing, technical, or policy issues may lead to limitation, refusal, or cancellation. Checkout presents the applicable price, tax, delivery charge, and currency.

Fulfillment and returns

Carrier estimates may change. Under the Refund Policy, eligible defective and non-defective goods may be returned or exchanged. Its conditions include requesting within 30 days after delivery, obtaining approval before mailing, using the free prepaid label included with the parcel, no restocking fee, and initiation of an approved refund to the original payment method within 10 days. Mandatory consumer protections continue to apply.
